To the New Year!
by the Editorial Team
We extend our heartfelt New Year’s greetings to all our many friends and loyal readers, as well as to the wide circle of our staff. May the new year grant them strength and health for joyful creation, so that it may, in the end, be woven as a meaningful and value-creating link into the chain of life’s destiny.
This is the second edition of our January issue, for the first edition sold out swiftly after publication due to our growing readership. Hence, there are no advertisements in this issue. We have also reprinted the beautiful novella by Grete Bittner, The Stone, from the December 1948 issue.
As we embark on our third year of publication, we shall traverse the twelve months ahead with the propriety and dignity of one who knows his vital mission and, at every hour, makes character, courage, and the will to build the driving forces of his actions. We kindly request your continued loyalty, dear readers!
